We always aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an order, we are happy to assist you.

Returns Procedure

1. Please contact our support team through the Globel Moto website and raise a return request with your order details.

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. After receiving the returned product, we will complete a quality check and process your refund if eligible.

Please note that refunded amounts may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Terms & Conditions
Returns are accepted only when:
  • The product delivered is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is not compatible with the bike or scooty as per the order details.

Returns due to change of mind after dispatch or after delivery may not be accepted.

If an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Any return request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.

Requests raised after the return window may not be eligible for processing.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, labels, and unused condition wherever applicable.

Approved return items should reach our warehouse within 10 days from the date of return approval.

Returns received after the allowed period may not qualify for refund.
